In a very complicated situation of Covid-19, stemming from the story of Thankdy's Founder, the product idea was born, mistakenly solving the problem "What gift will be meaningful and easy to leave memorable memories?"
In this case, I tackled Lean UX to increase speed and bypass unnecessary processes in the design process.

The IA and user flows were established before I was brought onto the project but had not been formally documented. I built a site map to help inform my decision making when designing each dashboard.

The final design is based on the needs of the user. By removing unnecessary and confusing operations for users from the current product.

Thankdy is set to release this MVP in mid 2022. After launching with an MVP, the team plans to begin user testing to further iterate on the product's design, features, and functionality.
